American Honda Finance Corp. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to lead business requirements across groups to grow Honda Care and Acura Care F&I products. You will monitor competitive environments and support incentive pricing between AHM and AHFC, serving as a subject-matter expert for these products.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering insights to drive sales and brand objectives within a finance division.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in finance, economics, business, business admin. or related fields.
• 3+ years in a lending or financial field.
• Knowledge of indirect loan/lease consumer lending.
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry/auto finance business.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AHM, AHFC, and vendor partners to implement cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor the automotive competitive environment to ensure CFS programs meet market standards.
• Track, monitor and report on performance metrics for Finance & Insurance products.
• Support incentivized market strategies between AHM and AHFC.
• Complete ad hoc analyses to support sales strategies.
