Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA is seeking a Retirement Analyst to manage and support the retirement program operations. The role involves providing key analytical support, implementing changes, and resolving issues within employee retirement benefit plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. A pay range of $35.06 - $54.43 per hour is offered, with potential for additional compensation.
The Retirement Analyst will own various functions related to administering the day-to-day operations of the retirement program. The Retirement Analyst will provide key support to management and to the Project Manager in the areas of analytical and reporting support for the retirement program, providing subject matter expertise, working with internal and external partners to implement fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spinoffs, research and respond to payroll audit reports, and to implement other programmatic or administrative enhancements identified by management. The Retirement Analyst will be able to identify, research, and resolve issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, system research, and consulting with co-workers and supervisor.

Pay Range: $35.06 - $54.43. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
