Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and in-person training for Cloud software technologies in the Public Safety sector.

You will tailor training for end users to system administrators, ensuring quality and engagement across multiple platforms. The role involves travel, CJIS-compliant security requirements, and collaboration with the CommandCentral Training Team to develop materials and assess knowledge transfer and training

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification required or preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of public safety experience or exposure to public safety software.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Create training material and measure knowledge transfer and effectiveness.
