Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related medical field or health plan setting.
• Experience with Medicare operations including HEDIS, CMS reimbursement models, and Medicare Advantage.
• Proven ability to build long-term working relationships.
• Experience leading strategic meetings with groups of all sizes.
• Strong independent work and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to Medicare.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Permanent residence within a commutable distance to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support, compile and report key information.
• Drive processes and technology improvement initiatives that impact revenue and quality metrics.
• Develop business strategies aligning with company initiatives.
• Engage provider staff and providers in analyzing and evaluating functional models.
• Evaluate processes, provider relationships and implementation plans.
• Produce, publish and distribute client and operational reports.
• Collaborate with other Client Services leads to foster teamwork and consistency.
• Serve as a liaison to the health plan and customers.
• Demonstrate presentation, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff and internal departments.
