Job summary

Prestige Wellness Group is seeking a Senior Pool Project Manager & Estimator to lead estimating efforts and coordinate project execution for the Aquatics Division, spanning commercial and high-end residential pools, hydrotherapy and vitality pools.

You will review drawings, develop budgets, BOMs, and supplier pricing, manage schedules and subcontractors, ensure code compliance, and guide projects from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in swimming pool construction, aquatic systems, estimating, or project management.
• Experience estimating and managing commercial or high-end residential pool projects.
• Strong knowledge of pool hydraulics, circulation, filtration, water treatment, heating systems, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, MEP, structural, and pool consultant drawings and specifications.
• Develop preliminary pool system concepts based on project requirements and applicable codes.
• Prepare detailed project estimates covering equipment, materials, labor, freight, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop equipment schedules and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinate pool mechanical systems with architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules, procurement milestones, and installation sequencing.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, logistics, and site installation activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, revisions, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
