The role will be based in Wilmington, MA with possible remote arrangements for the right candidate, and involves coordinating bid documents and vendor quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record with construction aquatics cost estimating.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, bid, and coordinate bid documents, cost take-offs, scheduling, job cost analysis and data storage/retrieval.
• Obtain and review quotes from vendors, sub-consultants and suppliers to ensure conformance to contract requirements.
• Interact with vendors, sub-consultants, and clients to manage contracts ranging from $10,000 to $3,000,000.
