Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking an experienced Aquatics Estimator to analyze budgetary requirements and monitor expenditures for water and wastewater projects from our Wilmington, MA office, with the possibility of remote work for the right candidate.

You will estimate, bid, coordinate bid documents, perform cost take-offs, schedule and analyze project costs, and liaise with vendors and clients to ensure conformance to contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record with construction aquatics cost estimating.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, bid, and coordinate of bid documents, cost take-offs, scheduling, job cost analysis and data storage and retrieval.
• Contact vendors, sub-consultants and clients; obtain and review quotes to ensure conformance to contract documents.
