Job summary

Harris Health System is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Labor Compliance, to provide owner-representative prevailing wage oversight for bond-funded construction under a multi-billion capital program.

You will manage compliance plans, coordinate with local agencies and contractors, and ensure payroll and apprenticeship records meet Davis-Bacon and policy requirements. Relevant PM experience in healthcare facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Management or related technical degree with 5 years PM experience.
• High School Diploma with 9 years related industry experience including 3 years PM within healthcare facilities or large construction projects.
• PM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee owner-representative prevailing wage compliance for bond-funded projects.
• Develop and maintain project-specific compliance plans and audits.
• Coordinate with DEEO, construction managers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor payroll and apprenticeship documentation; escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance records for audits and executive reporting.
