Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a seasoned Broadcast Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution of live and time-shifted NBA and WNBA Local Media broadcasts in New Jersey. You will manage a team of full-time employees and supplemental Operations Managers to ensure reliable, high‑standard productions and strong vendor and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in broadcast operations or related fields.
• Experience managing teams and supplemental resources for complex live productions.
• Strong vendor-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience overseeing game-day production logistics and readiness across multiple markets.
• Ability to develop scalable workflows and operate under high-pressure live environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical, production, vendor, and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Broadcast Operations Management team across NBA and WNBA markets.
• Establish priorities, standards, workflows, and performance expectations for consistent execution.
• Oversee game and production operations including crew planning, vendor readiness, schedules, and venue requirements.
• Ensure Ops Managers have tools and resources for cross-functional alignment and readiness.
• Establish production readiness, escalation, and quality-control processes for time-sensitive issues.
• Partner with NBA/WSNBA teams, Local Media stakeholders, and vendors to meet market-specific production needs.
• Maintain relationships with production, mobile units, crewing, master control, and other key vendors.
• Provide operational feedback to Production Technology and Engineering teams to improve workflows and reliability.
