Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full-Time Senior Accountant to support corporate accounting and financial reporting. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics, and will own significant portions of the close and reporting process across multiple stakeholders.

The role includes collaboration with IT and management to improve data integrity and streamline reporting. The position requires 2–5 years of accounting experience, a solid understanding of U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience with U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, and explain drivers.
• Strong communication with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and adjustments.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and research items.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and provide management analytics.
• Prepare internal financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Support external audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with IT and business units to enhance reporting tools.
