Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting, consolidation, and HQ reporting for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, intercompany reconciliations, and HQ month-end close, while ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in multinational or multi-entity settings.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting & reconciliation skills.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Experience working with CIN7 or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation; prepare journals and intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions at HQ and maintain the intercompany framework.
• Manage HQ revenue accounting, CIN7 reconciliation, and variances analysis.
• Lead month-end close; prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts and KPI dashboards with variances analysis.
• Improve reporting and governance; support ERP upgrades and automation.
• Liaise with auditors and support annual audits; ensure internal controls.
