EMC Insurance Companies is seeking an experienced Risk Control professional to perform on-site surveys, analyze exposure and existing controls, and deliver tailored loss-prevention recommendations. You will consult with policyholders, collaborate with underwriting, and provide training while supporting agency and branch activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a safety-related field and at least five years in risk control, with strong knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, or related field.
• At least five years in risk control or safety.
• Certified safety professional preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete on-site risk control surveys for policyholders.
• Assess exposure and controls; prepare risk control reports.
• Provide guidance to policyholders on loss prevention and controls.
• Consult with policyholders to tailor risk services to needs.
• Serve as a technical resource within specialized focus area.
• Collaborate with team on advanced technical questions as needed.
• Communicate observations to underwriting to aid renewal decisions.
• Market risk control functions through agency visits and meetings.
• Deliver on-site training and loss control surveys.
• Identify accounts for ongoing or short-term service.
