Job summary

The Biltmore Company is seeking Reservation Sales Agents in Asheville, NC to handle in-bound calls, ticketing, passes, and accommodations with gracious hospitality. This position may be in-office or work-from-home after training, with full-time hours and varied shift coverage.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and at least one year of guest service or reservations experience; call center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year minimum of guest service, sales, and/or reservations experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer inbound calls with gracious hospitality and world-class service.
• Provide information, options, and assistance for tickets, passes, activities, and accommodations.
• Learn Biltmore’s ticketing and reservations systems and Asheville area knowledge.
• Handle a variety of transactions quickly, accurately, and multi-task effectively.
• Regularly meet or exceed monthly department performance expectations.
• Respond to guest complaints within guidelines and provide solutions.
• Support partner departments while representing gracious hospitality.
