Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in guest service, sales, or reservations; call center exp preferred.

• Ability to quickly learn ticketing and reservations systems.
• Proficient with Internet and computer reservations; multi-tasking ability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team oriented, professional representation of Biltmore.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answers inbound calls with hospitality and suggestive selling.
• Provides information on tickets, passes, activities, and accommodations.
• Learns Biltmore's ticketing and reservations systems and local attractions.
• Handles transactions quickly, accurately, and multi-tasks.
• Meets or exceeds monthly department performance expectations.
• Addresses guest questions and resolves issues per estate guidelines.
• Supports partner departments and upholds Biltmore's reputation.
