Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to handle inbound calls, assist guests with planning, tickets, and accommodations, and promote estate offerings. You will learn ticketing and reservations systems and gain knowledge of the Asheville area to better serve guests.

The role supports hospitality across the estate, requires strong communication, active listening, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in guest service, sales or reservations; call center preferred.
• Commitment to world class guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to learn reservation systems and local area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with gracious hospitality and assist guests with reservations and information.
• Provide information on tickets, passes, activities, and accommodations.
• Learn and use ticketing/reservations systems; know Asheville area and estate offerings.
• Handle transactions quickly, accurately, and multi-task effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly department performance goals.
• Assist partner departments and uphold company hospitality standards.
