Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Experience in customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales; or similar.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on how to use online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
