Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a qualified Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality Management System across a diverse portfolio. You will audit internal operations, suppliers, and project execution, embedding quality from inception through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulated or engineering environments, lead auditing experience, and working knowledge of 10 CFR Part 21, ISO 9001 and related standards. Remote options may apply for senior candidates within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in regulated or engineering environments.
• Experience auditing engineering design packages, internal processes, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of standards such as 10 CFR Part 21, 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, ASME/ANSI NQA-1, and ISO 9001.
• Lead Auditor experience; NQA-1 Subpart 3.1 qualification highly preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit internal operations, suppliers, and project execution activities.
• Review contracts and ensure flow-down of quality requirements.
• Review, revise, and improve quality procedures; support continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Corrective Action Reports and verify effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
