BWH Hotels in Phoenix is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead pricing, rate strategy and yield management for a portfolio of hotels. You will drive RevPAR growth by applying proven revenue management tactics and collaborating with hotel teams to optimize performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in revenue management at property, regional, or corporate levels, a related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid role based in Phoenix with travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property, regional or corporate level revenue manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• CRME certification or ability to acquire within one year.
• Working knowledge of Smith Travel Research reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with multiple property management systems (up to 5) preferably.

Mansioni

• Act as primary consultant for pricing strategy, rate strategy and yield management for a hotel portfolio.
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities and perform weekly market analyses.
• Consult with hotels on corporate, group and negotiated rates.
• Lead weekly yield management meetings to review prior week and plan future weeks.
• Collaborate with hotel representatives and implement strategies in PM systems.
• Create and maintain demand forecasts and pace reports for each property.
