Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel sales experience with leadership preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and written skills

• Prospect, qualify and close local business for a portfolio of properties across market segments
• Create local sales plans through competitive set and SWOT analysis
• Utilize revenue management tools to maximize revenue opportunities
