Responsibilities

• Process all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Complete STATs within an hour and a 24-hour turnaround for all other ROI requests.
• Scan ROI requests into the chart and update records.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and requestors with status updates.
