The position is onsite with the possibility to work remotely as needed, offering a $17–$21 hourly wage and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 180 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests promptly.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Meet 24-hour turnaround times for ROI requests and quarantine/close queues as needed.
• Validate requests and authorize PHI release per procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work and ensure proper invoicing.
