Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support two partners and several associates on commercial litigation matters in Dallas. Responsibilities span from intake through trial, including document management, calendar tracking, and eDiscovery coordination.

The role requires strong research, drafting, and filing in Texas state and federal courts, with experience in Westlaw, PACER/ECF, and eFile Texas. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment (6+ preferred).
• Current Texas litigation experience with working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with Texas State and Federal eFiling.

Responsibilities

• Support 2 partners and 1–2 associates handling commercial litigation matters.
• Provide litigation support from case intake through trial.
• Scan and organize documents in the firm's document management system.
• Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines.
• Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
• Prepare and file documents in both Texas State and Federal Courts.
• Communicate with courts, clients, opposing counsel, and vendors.
• Conduct case law and factual research.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with eDiscovery vendors to build and maintain case databases.
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation materials.
• Schedule depositions, meetings, appointments, and court proceedings.
• Perform general litigation support including scanning, copying, mailing, and document production.
