Job summary

The California State University, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo invites applications for the Lead Access Specialist position in the Disability Resource Center. Under supervision, the role evaluates student needs, advises on disability management, and determines accommodations and services for students with temporary or permanent disabilities.

The Disability Resource Center provides support services including alternative testing, accessible technology, transportation, and community resources.

Qualifications

• Proven counseling experience in disability management and accommodations assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse campus community of students, staff and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student needs independently and advise on disability management and accommodations.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to communicate student needs and services.
