Job summary

The State of Minnesota is seeking an IHP Data and Quality Support professional to provide technical support for the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) program and assist with analyses and report development. You will work with the CDPR team to evaluate quality components and explore trends in value-based purchasing.

This full-time role offers telework eligibility for Minnesota residents or neighboring states with supervisor approval.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining technical reports.
• Knowledge of the health services delivery system and MN’s publicly funded health care programs.
• Preferred: experience with SQL, SAS or other programming languages; data visualization tools; advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Program and assist with analyses and report development.
• Evaluate IHP quality components and research trends in value-based purchasing strategies.
• Collaborate with Care Delivery and Payment Reform (CDPR) team to support program goals.
