Job summary

Juno is seeking a Customer Success Manager in San Diego to accelerate revenue growth by expanding value with our tax technology customers. You will own the customer lifecycle, drive onboarding and adoption, and cultivate executive-level relationships to maximize ARR and expansion opportunities.

This foundational role sits on a small, high-performing team and offers the chance to shape CS strategy across a fast-growing AI platform. Remote options may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS commercial roles with expansion impact.
• Proven track record growing revenue through customer lifecycle management and expansion campaigns.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and driving win-win outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Willingness to start from the ground up on an early team.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention, upsell/cross-sell, and net revenue expansion.
• Execute expansion strategies within existing accounts.
• Own onboarding, product adoption, and advocacy to increase lifetime value.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior customer leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to surface growth opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions to influence product strategy.
