Job summary

Wycliffe Bible Translators is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support staff relations and HR processes for a diverse global workforce. You will assist with employment touchpoints, confidentiality, and cross-functional initiatives while upholding biblical values and ministry goals.

You will collaborate with the Global Workforce Services leadership, facilitate trainings, and help ensure a high standard of staff experience across volunteers, interns, and paid staff, supporting Wycliffe’s

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 1–3 years of HR experience or equivalent
• Nonprofit ministry work or volunteer experience is beneficial
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide staff relations support and manage employment touchpoints
• Handle confidential inquiries with discretion
• Assist with performance management and reconciliation processes
• Facilitate trainings and orientations for staff
• Collaborate with Global Workforce Services leadership and cross-functional teams
• Represent GWS in meetings and project work and maintain timely communication
