As a Workforce Specialist, your contributions will play a pivotal role in elevating Global Workforce Services’ (GWS) readiness to respond to customers’ requests for assistance, information, guidance, and/or partnership related to GWS workforce services. Additionally, you’ll walk alongside supporting and resourcing staff through important employment touchpoints. As a Workforce Specialist, you’ll apply subject‑matter HR expertise to ensure engagements, processes, systems, and communication reflect our organizational/team ethos while remaining responsive to our constituents. Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $21.10/hr - $25.73/hr. The range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe’s non‑profit ministry environment. Actual pay rate may be higher based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget and allocation, if applicable.
