You will partner with Senior Program Leads to shape strategy, create schedules and budgets, mentor project managers, and build a cohesive operating rhythm across global teams, while maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail.
• Experience with Airtable and Asana.
• Budget tracking and vendor management experience.
• Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support program strategy development and align with business priorities.
• Plan and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
