Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to oversee technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple sectors.

You will lead preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and environmental compliance while coordinating with service contractors, environmental engineers, and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance. You will own repair solutions, manage work orders, and develop processes to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five+ years fuel system and/or facility maintenance management or environmental compliance experience.
• 1–3 years direct customer relationship experience.
• Advanced communication skills for positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions and ownership of repair or replacement.
• Manage work orders to meet timelines and priorities.
• Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, BMPs for internal/external stakeholders.
• Run ad-hoc reports and create basic reports from multiple systems.
