Job summary

Wolverine Trading, LLC in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced FPGA Engineer to build high-speed, low-latency trading systems. You will design hardware with SystemVerilog and collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with FPGA and/or ASIC designs
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with a focus on digital systems or computer networks
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency hardware-based trading solutions
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts and low-level SW engineers
• Push performance boundaries on FPGAs
• Analyze and resolve real-time system bottlenecks and improve trading performance
