Job summary

Forthright Case Management Llc is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Nurse Case Manager to join our Idaho-based team. This flexible, field-based role coordinates care for injured workers, communicates with patients, providers, and insurers, and supports early return-to-work outcomes.

The position offers a rate of $38–$42 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, with schedule flexibility and opportunities for advancement. Valid RN license and drivers license required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Drivers License.
• Car Insurance.
• Strong clinical background (orthopedic, trauma, or case management preferred).
• Experience in workers' compensation or case management a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee medical care for workers' compensation cases.
• Communicate regularly with patients, providers, and insurance carriers.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Support early return-to-work efforts and assist in claim resolution.
• Travel to medical appointments and job sites as needed (mileage reimbursed).
