Forthright CM is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Case Manager in Idaho (field-based) to coordinate care for workers’ compensation cases and support return-to-work outcomes. This role offers a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement for travel to medical appointments and job sites.

You will work with injured workers, providers, and employers, ensuring effective care plans and timely communication. A California RN license, driving and car insurance, and strong clinical and coordination skills are

Qualifications

• Active RN license (California)
• Driver's license
• Car insurance
• Strong clinical background (orthopedic, trauma, or case management preferred)
• Experience in workers’ compensation or case management is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee medical care for workers’ compensation cases
• Communicate regularly with patients, providers, and insurance carriers
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Support early return-to-work efforts and assist in claim resolution
• Travel to medical appointments and job sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)
