Job summary

Forthright CM is seeking a self-motivated registered nurse (RN) for an in-person role in Boise, Idaho. The position is Per Diem with travel 50-75% and a hybrid/remote setup, with a laptop provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical care for injured employees, liaising with treatment teams, insurers, and physicians; attending appointments, arranging equipment and home modifications, and supporting patient care across sites.

Qualifications

• Idaho RN license is required.
• Valid Idaho driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees.
• Work with treatment teams, insurers, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee care, attend medical appointments, visit hospitals and arrange equipment/home modifications.
