Job summary

Solen Software Group is seeking a Project Manager specializing in ERP implementations to lead software projects for mid-sized and enterprise clients. This position requires delivering complex ERP solutions with exceptional client experiences while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of Project Management experience, especially in implementing major ERP platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel occasionally to client sites across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in ERP implementations.
• Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Experience with project management methodologies like PMBOK and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP software implementation projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage resources and timelines.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live support.
