Job summary

Syracuse University is seeking a Program Manager for the Entrepreneurship Shared Services team in Syracuse, NY. The role partners with the ENT program team, MarComms, and Salesforce/CRM to coordinate recruitment, engagement, and operations across ENT programs and events.

The incumbent translates program goals into workflows, manages the full lifecycle of applications and registrations, and develops data-driven recruitment strategies with program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in project management, program operations, or related coordination role.
• Experience with Salesforce; ability to build workflows, manage records, or produce reports.
• PMP certification or equivalent coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience coordinating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Cross-team liaison between the Entrepreneurship Program, MarComms, and CRM teams to align timelines.
• Translate program goals into actionable system workflows and manage application lifecycle.
• Develop data-driven recruitment and engagement strategies in partnership with program managers.
• Maintain recruitment targets, KPIs, and program communications with stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking and ongoing team communications.
