Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services invites applications for an Electrical Project Manager in Austin. This role acts as owner representative on renovations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage deadlines, budgets, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of experience performing electrical services as an electrician or electrical superintendent.
• Experience reviewing electrical plans and specifications.
• Healthcare or non-profit project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plans/blueprints and ensure NEC compliance.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical systems.
• Provide on-call technical advisory and incident response support.
• Coordinate field quality assurance inspections and equipment submittals.
