Remote work is available within the Washington DC/Baltimore metro area; strong attention to detail and customer service experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented processing environment.
• Familiarity with Fee Assistance Program policies and procedures is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth evaluation of applicant information in AMCAS and Fee Assistance applications.
• Match transcripts and documentation to applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain production totals and adhere to processing schedules and deadlines.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to transcripts and applications.

Formação académica

High School Diploma

Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
