GetHired, Inc. seeks a Medical Document Management Specialist to process high-volume medical correspondence within the eCW EHR system. You will own the eCW Fax Inbox, verify patient details, and attach documents to the correct chart for provider review.

The role offers a fully remote daily workflow after an in-office training period; candidates must reside locally for training. A strong HIPAA mindset, accuracy, and AI-assisted data extraction proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must live locally to attend mandatory in-office training.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Fax Inbox.
• 1–2 years in a U.S. medical clinic or healthcare practice.
• Strong medical terminology and diagnostic test knowledge.
• Comfort with dual monitors, fast internet, cloud-based efax tools, and AI-assisted data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor eCW Fax Inbox; process high-volume daily faxes.
• Indexing: verify patient identity and attach docs to the correct chart.
• Classify documents across 30+ types (labs, imaging, notes, authorizations).
• Route to provider/task queues for signatures or follow-ups.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant remote workspace and handle PHI securely.
