Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Insurance industry specific experience, including some management.
• Current Insurance licensing (Life, Accident and Health, and/or Property and Casualty).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, documents, and processes insured requests for service to ensure timely completion to insurance carrier.
• Executes a proactive and trigger-based remarketing strategy to retain and improve client accounts.
• Serves as advocate for clients throughout the claims process and supports with claim submissions and tracking.
• Proactively cross-sell additional personal lines coverages to existing clients.
• Responds to client inquiries and manages accounts to meet deadlines.
• Maintains strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
