• Ability to follow approval processes and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active customers, projects, service requests, and priorities simultaneously.
• Oversee commercial construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, and capital projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, technicians, customers, and internal MJZ personnel.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout each project.
• Identify problems early and develop practical solutions before they impact the customer.
• Obtain pricing, source materials, and develop alternatives when needed.
• Track project costs, schedules, change orders, and documentation.
• Ensure customer and MJZ approvals before additional costs or scope changes.
• Remain adaptable to emergencies and shifting priorities without neglecting other work.
• Recognize customer needs beyond original scope and assist with solutions.
• Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable for quality and timelines.
• Provide timely project updates to MJZ leadership.
