ACCESS MANAGEMENT seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager in Florida to oversee a portfolio of community associations, ensuring property inspections, maintenance, vendor contracts, and budgeting align with management agreements.

You will interact with homeowners, boards, and committee members, supervise records, and support architectural reviews, CC&R enforcement, and financial reporting. Flexible hours and potential remote partial work are possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of a portfolio of community associations.
• Liaise with Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Manage administration, contracts, and budgets per management agreement.
• Monitor and report on annual budget, expenses, and financials.
• Oversee CC&R inspections, violation notices, and enforcement.
• Coordinate capital expenditures with board and controller.
• Oversee accounts payable and procurement processes.
• Maintain records and board packages for meetings.
• Support architectural review and inspection processes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Access Management policies and procedures.
