Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new opportunities. You will coordinate day-to-day admin tasks, resolve complex issues, and maintain data accuracy across agency systems.

The ideal candidate holds a active P&C license and has experience in commercial transportation/trucking, with strong client service and communication skills.

Formación

• Must have 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Monitor reports and take action on delinquent accounts; collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek and adopt best practices to improve performance.
