Job summary

Landmark Structural Builders seeks an experienced Project Manager in McKinney, TX to lead commercial construction projects from buyout through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and team coordination on the jobsite, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3–7 years of construction PM experience, MS Office/MS Project proficiency, and OSHA 30-Hour training. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of construction project management experience, preferably on ground-up commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training. Contains ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination among subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal team from buyout through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and buyout logs to meet targets.
• Prepare and review RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and ensure timely owner approvals.
• Oversee look-ahead schedules, progress tracking, and punch list completion.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
