Millis is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial ground-up construction projects in McKinney, TX. You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Superintendents, Estimators, Admins, and Operations to plan, execute, and close projects, maintaining accountability for performance and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
• Proven budget, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, risk mitigation, and safety standards.
• Experience with PM software: MS Project, Primavera, Procore.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, pre-construction, and project kickoff meetings.
• Manage budgets, financial tracking, and cost control.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, and scope alignment.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, plan updates, and construction documentation.
• Issue monthly payment applications and forecast cash flow.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Monitor project progress through scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to align long-range planning with site execution.
• Manage change orders, invoices, and purchase orders for owners and subs.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead commercial ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through completion. As the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, you’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with Superintendents, Estimators, Admins, and Operations teams to proactively plan, execute, and close out projects, maintaining full accountability for project performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
