Job summary

St. Elizabeth HealthCare seeks a Clinical Value-Based Consultant to manage value-based contracts, analyze performance data, and coordinate with payors and internal teams to drive contract outcomes.

The role requires an RN license and 2–5 years in healthcare delivery, with EPIC experience preferred. Remote work eligibility starts after training; travel between Erlanger and other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license with active multistate/compact recognition (KY/IN/OH).
• Minimum 2–5 years in healthcare delivery with direct physician/patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate and analyze data for value-based contracts and performance.
• Partner with leaders and frontline staff to implement contract metrics.
• Examine workflows and inform opportunities for value-based improvements.
• Lead or support projects requiring value-based input and reporting.
