Job summary

St. Elizabeth Physicians seeks a Clinical Value-Based Consultant (CVBC) to partner with the Value Based Performance team on quality and utilization goals tied to value-based contracts. The role requires collaboration with executive leadership, provider practices and Clinical Transformation to drive contract performance.

Qualifications

• RN with active multistate (NLC) license (KY/IN/OH).
• Minimum 2–5 years in a healthcare delivery system with direct physician/patient contact.
• Population health, quality or clinical management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data for value-based contracts.
• Identify trends; present updates on barriers and opportunities.
• Support stakeholders with data needs for value-based contracts.
• Develop reports/presentations for leadership and payors.
• Coordinate with leaders and frontline staff to improve contract metrics.
