Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Innovation Specialist to join the Clinical Innovation team in Nashville. You will drive the implementation, optimization, and scaling of pharmacy programs across the OneOncology network, partnering with practice leaders, clinicians, and operations to improve medication access and cellular therapy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in pharmacy operations, oncology, medication access, or a related field.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, implementing workflow improvements, and driving operational excellence.
• Project management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in an oncology practice, health system pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or infusion pharmacy preferred.
• CPhT designation and/or pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive execution of pharmacy initiatives by guiding subject matter experts and cross-functional teams using project management, performance improvement, and change management tools.
• Design, develop, and refine operational frameworks to launch, pilot, and scale innovative pharmacy services and programs across OneOncology partner practices.
• Partner with pharmacy leaders, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physician and operational leaders, nursing teams, and practice stakeholders to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic priorities.
• Monitor program performance using OneOncology's data sources, identify opportunities, and develop action plans based on KPIs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workstreams, and implementation checklists to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate and influence multiple teams to achieve objectives within timelines and budgets.
• Assist in assessing new programs, technologies, workflows, and vendor partnerships through business analysis and due diligence.
• Develop SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and implementation toolkits.
• Stay current on oncology pharmacy trends, regulatory requirements, reimbursement considerations, and industry best practices.
