Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a senior clinical development leader to oversee lifecycle management and early-phase development across our pipeline. You will drive opportunities across indications and formulations, lead first-in-human studies, and interpret emerging data to guide decisions that advance medicines for CNS disorders.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent is required.
• Track record of leading clinical trials, programs, submissions, or major development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy: identify and drive opportunities to expand late-stage and marketed assets.
• Lead first-in-human and dose-escalation studies using PK/PD and emerging data for dose selection and next-stage development.
• Drive clinical strategy and content for IND-enabling submissions and related decisions.
• Work credibly across mechanisms, indications, and phases to inform development decisions.
• Interpret emerging data, identify what matters, and make timely calls when information is incomplete.
• Drive cross-functional leadership with investigators, KOLs, health authorities, and partners.
