Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a senior clinical leader who will provide clinical leadership across lifecycle management and early-phase development throughout our pipeline.

You will lead across mechanisms, indications, and stages, shaping opportunities and directing decisions that move medicines forward. You will drive lifecycle strategy, oversee first-in-human and dose-escalation studies, and lead IND-enabling submissions.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent required.
• Track record of clinically led trials or development decisions you personally led.
• Regulatory submission ownership including IND/CTA/NDA/MAA filings and health authority interactions.
• Strong judgment with incomplete data and know what to escalate.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy: identify and drive opportunities to expand late-stage and marketed assets.
• Early development: lead first-in-human and dose-escalation studies with PK/PD data.
• Clinical entry: drive IND-enabling submissions and moves to human studies.
• Pipeline-wide leadership: work across mechanisms, indications, and phases.
• Data-driven decisions: interpret data and make timely calls when information is incomplete.
• Cross-functional leadership: drive teams across clinical ops, biostatistics, regulatory, safety, translational sciences.
