Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Executive to lead a high-priority development program in early clinical development.

The role will own cross-functional strategy, execution, and governance to advance toward proof-of-concept milestones while coordinating teams across Clinical Development, Research, Regulatory, and Medical functions. The position requires hands-on leadership in ambiguity, travel as needed, and a focus on accelerating data-driven decisions that

Qualifications

• Experience leading therapeutic programs through early clinical development and meaningful value-inflection points.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with accountability for integrated program strategy and execution.
• Direct ownership of program budgets, governance, and investment recommendations.
• Experience integrating clinical, translational, biomarker, regulatory data to make decisions with evolving data.
• Experience leading or preparing significant interactions with FDA and other global health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated program strategy and development plan through early clinical development and proof-of-concept.
• Drive cross-functional execution, governance, and decision-making against milestones.
• Own program strategy, budget, resource planning, and investment recommendations.
• Partner across Clinical Development, Research, Translational Sciences, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Medical, and other functions to build an integrated evidence-generation strategy.
• Evaluate data to identify risks, opportunities, and alternative development paths.
• Lead preparation for health authority interactions and ensure alignment across strategies.
• Represent the program with executive leadership, governance committees, partners, and external stakeholders.
